I ended up having to get a new truck after some extenuating circumstances. I walked into the dealership and let them know. You know what it happened and that I was looking to get into a new or newer used F150. After explaining what I was looking for & my budget, they helped me find the perfect truck. They even moved it from one of their other Friendly Ford dealerships to the one in Hamilton, which is the local one to me. My salesman Keith Partridge was wonderful. He helped me find the truck I wanted. He made sure it got to the dealership in a timely manner. Once the truck came in(he sent me pics of it), we looked it over in person. We had already on the numbers. I just had to verify that I wanted the truck by seeing it in person and I did absolutely love this truck. He found me the perfect truck. He also went through all the features with me, knowing that I had a base XL truck last time. He made the buying process easy, and stress-free. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I plan to purchase another truck hopefully in a long time, but I would love to go back to them just because of how easy it was & how well I was taken care of. P.S. If you’ve never gotten your picture taken with your vehicle, they do that too. I know most places do but I have bought a lot of vehicles and never been asked if I wanted my picture taken with my vehicle so that was my favorite part though then I got my picture taken with my truck. ☺️

Just purchased a 2022 VW Atlas Cross Sport. When shopping for a f150 Raptor, after a lot of research, I made numerous phone calls within a 300 mile radius, with regards to 2025 and 2026 f150 Raptors. I was looking for the best deal that made sense to me. I talked with many salespeople. All were nice, but one stood out above the rest. After giving me his name, he proceeded to explain to me that he is new to this dealership and selling ford vehicles. That was very refreshing to hear. “Honesty” a forgotten art for some, especially in the vehicle buying business. The name of the salesman is Orrin Stevens. They had a 2025 that I was interested in. The price was really good, but I had other deals on 2025’s and 2026’s that were closer to me. Orrin understood my explanation of why it didn’t make sense for me to buy from him. That again was very refreshing to hear from a salesperson, instead of them debating me why I should buy from them. We concluded our conversation. To my surprise, 5 minutes later Orrin calls back and explained that his sales manager might have a proposal that I might want to consider. The sales manager is Allan Moss. Allan explained to me that Orrin told him about my situation and he also understood why I wasn’t going to buy their Raptor, but he would grant me their first allocation of 2026. I was able to get the truck the way I wanted to, at a price that made sense for me. Orrin could have done nothing, but he didn’t. He went the extra mile to explain this to his manager. Allan went the extra to make the deal work for me seeing they were 4 hours away. When the truck came in I had it within a week. Everything went well. This was a great experience.

I traveled over 2 hours to Friendly Ford in Hamilton to buy a truck, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff is close knit and clearly takes pride in how they treat their customers. We came to friendly ford for a vehicle we had seen on their website as we had purchased a 2018 dodge grand caravan there 3 years ago that is still running great. It was located at there geneva location and they were able to move it to Hamilton for saving me an hour on drive time. The process was very smooth and I was out of there in a timely manner. The cold weather was not good to the front door since it was rubbing a bit due to ground movement. They are in the process of building a brand new building just up the road which should be very nice for there future. When I showed up to the dealership to test drive a vehicle, I couldn't ask for a better top notch sales person than Oscar Ramos-Gonzalez. Oscar was knowledgeable and informative. He made the test drive experience easy and enjoyable. The price negotiation on my trade-in and the sale of the vehicle was easy and no stress. Oscar's communication through the whole process was superior! When I picked up the vehicle, it was ready and everything went seamlessly from the finance process to driving off the lot. We have absolutely no suggestions for improvement. I was looking at several months of repairs. Angel was able to get me out of the lease and into a 2025 F150 before Christmas. Saved me months of a rental and waiting on repairs. worst experience when buying my truck. Wasn't where it was supposed to be at then when i finally received it. Called to complain about the poor brakes and was told they were fine and I wasn't use to the way a Fords brake system works but after putting it on the lift found out that all the calipers were rusted fast.. Fast forward to three months later and found out the 4wd doesn't engage been waiting for over a year and half to get it fixed
